Technical Oversight
Powerhouse has a wealth of knowledge and technical expertise that is often called upon to provide technical oversight for our clients’ maintenance teams
Our technical experts develop, manage and maintain schedules for our clients. As reliable and effective project managers we ensure there is no slippage or overruns due to poor management, and prioritize quality and safety throughout the entire process.
Our supervisor capability allows us to oversee on-site and contractor personnel during pumps, turbine, electrical and refueling outages.
We take responsibility for ensuring the quality of our work. Through our deep experience and interaction with industry partners, we’ve built effective procedures that can be flexible when necessary. Our on-staff procedure writers remain current with industry best practices in order to deliver specific improvements or complete re-writes as appropriate.
